Summary: We checked in quickly and stafd very helpful. We brouvht our dog with us who is trained and won't bark but in a hall, where it was all dogs and the one acroas thw hall barked off and on all night. We pay a deposit and sign a waver that we will haveour dog umder control but this one was definitely not, they had even left the room and left it to bark thw whole time thwy were gone. The comforter on the bed has a big lood spot at the top, its not just a stain.

Summary: Plenty of parking. Very quiet. Breakfast was warm and enough. Check in and out smooth. Only thing two bugs. One in bathroom and another in sleeping area wall. Didn't appear to be roach. Recommended exterminator visit. Plenty of tv line up and ac worked good. Thanks.

Summary: The stay was good, staff was very professional and accommodating. Good location Animal friendly and plenty of outdoor walking area, well lit at night. Plenty of parking Near restaurants and interstate. Unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel was not open.

Summary: The room, hotel, and staff were great. We were just passing through and we got a good nights rest. The lawn was not maintained so there wasn't a good place to bring our dogs. Also, the breakfast was a bag with an awful muffin, an orange, and apple juice. There weren't enough available for everyone in our party. So that was disappointing. Other than those two minor inconveniences, it was a very nice hotel.

Summary: The property and staff were excellent. The only downside for me was airport shuttle service. The hotel does offer it, but limited hours. Took a taxi to the hotel from the airport. Made arrangements for that company to pick me up in the morning. They didn't show. Tried to Uber. After selecting service it spun and spun and eventually came back and said no drivers were available. Went to front desk in a panic and they called a reliable taxi company that came and got me to the airport barely in time. Luckily security lines at CID are quick and I got to my gate. Stressful adventure that was no fault of the hotel but if you're looking for a place with shuttle service, there might be better options.

Summary: Staff was very helpful, polite, professional, and friendly. She also gave recommendations on places for food. Elevators were a little scary. Shook a lot going up and down. But it was very quick.

Summary: Front desk staff, particularly the day manager was very friendly, very accommodating, highly professional. Hotel is badly in need of an update and refresh. Circa 1980 ceiling tiles in the lobby are missing.
