Positive: The service was excellent! We arrived late at night and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was a good size and clean. We were traveling with 4 pets and when we thought we had lost a cat, the staff jumped in to help us find her. We found the cat!! The breakfast was good and hot. The location was fantastic. Definitely would stay again!

Negative: The bed was a little too firm for my liking but I slept well.

Positive: I liked the location of the hotel close everything. The bed was comfortable and the room was specious. The pool looked nice but we didn't get chance to use. They have pet friendly rooms which we used. The pet fee was cheaper then other hotels thats why we choose to stay here.

Negative: The breakfast is terrible. Because its included does it need to taste bad. The sausages i think the worse I ever eaten. The eggs tasted like rubber. How do you mess up scrambled eggs. Only thing good was toast jam and butter. The second morning we bought breakfast as even though its included neither one of us wanted it.
