Summary: The room was dirty, old, and dated. Sink was clogged, hair dryer didn’t work and the shower walls and ceilings were disgusting. The ac is a wall unit that worked horribly and overall the room and hotel stunk. Very disappointed and will never come back.

Summary: Had a very nice stay. Would definitely stay there again. Desk clerk was very professional and friendly. He covered everything we needed to know.

Summary: The website indicates that my room had a mini fridge and a microwave when I booked the room. However, the room had neither. It was also the worst hotel breakfast that I’ve experienced in 50 years of traveling. Here again, the website depicts waffles with fruit, however, all we received were microwave, warmed sausage patties, and rubbery mini omelettes. There were pancakes in a steam tray, but they looked so pitiful. I didn’t even try them. The only good thing I can say is that they did have hot coffee available 24 seven. The mattress was also on the firm side and not very compliant. I woke up with a backache each day.

Summary: The stay was good, we are used to getting some little amenities that weren't available. No bath mat, no cups in the bathroom, no liner for ice bucket. First two things aren't too bad but I'm sorry no liner for the ice bucket is just gross. We don't know if it was washed or just wiped out.

Summary: Overall satisfied with this hotel, bathroom was small but the shower, tub and tiles looked brand new, did notice a smell in the room, old cigarette smoke like, breakfast was hot and good

Summary: Overall this hotel is very good, nice location and convenient during our stay. Staffs are nice. The light/lamp shade in the lobby at the couch area is very low and I have hit my head twice, it should be hanging higher. There is no sign shows escalator in the first floor hallway. The convenient store in the lobby was out of laundry detergent. Love the discount given to Ramada’s guest for our dinner at the JJClub restaurant nearby.
