Summary: Room and breakfast were great. An adjoining room with a noisy neighbor cursing at the TV is not so great. The front desk said you can call ahead to request a non-adjoining room, so make sure to do that!

Summary: Pros: Breakfast was available at 5:30am each morning. The hotel is close to the freeway, and there are lots of food options a very short walk away. Everything in Moses Lake is 15 minutes or less driving from the hotel. The bike and elliptical in the exercise room work great. There are a few dumbbells. There are cleaning supplies and towels available in the exercise room, and it was clean every time I used it. The laundry room is through the exercise room. Cons: The only real complaint is that the shower curtain in my room smelled like a long-term resident of the hotel smoked cigarettes in the bathroom with it for months and then dumped an entire bottle of “eau de parfum” on it… I had to keep the bathroom door closed. It seemed that the housekeeper also smelled it because she left the bathroom fan on after cleaning instead of replacing it… The grout in the bathroom also needs some repairs, and the shower head was spraying back at the drywall. I was able to twist the shower head a little to make it less severe. Staying on the second floor, I was pretty close to the pool, and there was a large group with boys stomp-running up and down the hall to and from the pool from 4pm-9pm. So if you want quiet, the second floor near the pool is not for you. Also, the treadmill didn’t work.

Summary: It’s an older property that’s been updated with the trend of having hard floors. Sound transmits more because of it. We could very easily hear the guy in the next room clear his throat and the family above. But the updates are nicely done and there were plentiful, fluffy towels.

Summary: There was nothing particularly horrible about the room - it was as advertised, but for anyone who is a light sleeper it should be noted that this place was loud. I don't think the rooms are well insulated because I heard everything out in the hall and the hotel is right next to the highway and was so loud I thought the windows were open at night. We also never got hot water so no shower for this stay.
