Positive: The staff was exceptional, they were very nice and helpful, great people. The room was nice and spacious and very clean
Negative: The hallway smelled funny, layout is not that great, breakfast not that great, the mattress was a little uncomfortable, photos on website wasn't what was we saw, a bit pricey for the value we got

Positive: 1. Bed, furniture, equipment, amenities were better than described! 2. Comfortable bed, couch. 3. Compact, well designed sink, standing shower. 4. Built-ins were a nice touch. 5. Breakfast was plentiful. 6. Lots of natural light enters the building. 7. Good cable service. 8. WiFi speed. 9. Balcony was nice.
Negative: 1. Shower's water temperature. 2. Construction sounds. 3. The balcony's door was hard to lock. 4. Business center, printing was difficult. 5. WiFi was unsecured. 6. The carpet in the halls was dirty. 7. Price (~$600/week).

Positive: The disability room toilet had a rail on it that didn't allow me to sit properly on the seat. As well, the light electrical unit by the front door was loose and the remote wasn't working properly. The customer service rep help me change rooms but the remote was so filthy. It looked like it had never been cleaned. Very nice guy. There were mice running around outside when I went to go switch rooms. It bothered me that if you I could see them outside, most likely ylthry are inside. The breakfast was horrible. 2x I had to put a slice of bread to toast and they were burnt . I even lowered the setting the 2nd time around and it was stll burnt. First setting was on 3 and 2nd time, it was on 2. The eggs were overcooke. It had a blue colour on the outside of the yolk. It was cold. and didn't taste good. The person helping in there was on his phone non-stop. He also was eating when I went to get breakfast. I went around 8:00 and the banana nut muffins were never put while i was there, although the sign said it was there. My biggest concerns were unhealthy food choices snd food safety issues. He was putting out eggs and other items after being on his phone non-stop. Not sure if his hands were clean to be putting food out. I would not go back there.

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed.
Negative: There was a $50 deposit required but not mentioned on booking. Of course it was refunded but then it’s always in the back of my mind what if it isn’t. I wouldn’t have booked due to this. I take extra care when I stay at any hotels. I don’t like the procedure.
