Summary: Great staff, very friendly, upgraded our room to a suite. Comfy beds and a great pool with a little deck to sun tan on. Free breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel breakfast but it was good. My only point of feedback is that our room wasn’t ready for check in at 3. More like 3:30. Not a big deal. Also only one small elevator. When this hotel is busy it takes forever to get your luggage up and down. We would stay again.

Summary: Some of the local staff were great. Some of the foreign staff were not. Condition of the property is getting worse. I stayed in 2022 and it was much better back then.

Summary: I spend the best 2 days of my trip , pool and water slid is awesome , hot tub too . My kids didn't wanna come out from indoor pool . 2 mins drive from save on food store ( only closed on 25 Dec ) which offers almost everything , food street is also must visit place which is on the same road . Hotel staff , breakfast all deserve 10/10 . i wish I could know this place before so I can extend my stay 👍❤️

Summary: Stayed for 3 nights as part of a trip to BC. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices for food. Nice location with restaurants close by.
