Negative: Dirty. Smelled like weed. Stains on all carpet and all furniture. Mattress pads were not changed. Had other peoples hair on them and stains.

Negative: For the level of hotel stars and price, the room are not clean enough. Hotel is very outdated for the level it is pretending to be at, not modernized with loud AC units.
Summary: It was fine for one night but would not stay multiple days.

Positive: Only liked one thing. Which was we ended up staying the night and resting. At first glance driving in , we really thought we were going to have to change hotels.
Negative: Driving and approaching the hotel from the rear of the building, we thought that the hotel wasn't even open! The property was upkept, and the windows looked like it was dark inside as if there wasn't a light on anywhere. Driving around parking lot to front, it was like, " Okay, there is the entrance. It doesn't look quite so bad now." There was a worker picking up bits of garbage in parking lot, so I thought that's positive. The hotel must have been nice back in the day. Maybe it were inthe 70's? Nice big entrance, lots of nice oak wood work , oak paneled walls. Furniture in the foyer was nice but tired. The was okay, carpet badly stained, needed a good shampoo or better yet replaced. The room was clean in the respect that it didn't stink. Just needs some detailed cleaning, like corners along baseboards. Continental breakfast was a fail. I just had a coffee. The only nice thing was the lady working, she was pleasant and funny . We ended up going to the Cracker Barrel for breakfast. The reason for our stay was that we attended the Frankenmuth Car Fest, Frakenmuth, had no vacancies, this hotel was one of the closest we could book.
Summary: Certainly not the best.
