Summary: Nice for the price with breakfast, pool and cleanroom. However the hot tub has no jets.

Summary: Hotel overall isn’t a bad place for a night, bathroom definitely needed redone and upgraded. As it was peeling paint and a little bit of water damage around the tub. Pool was ok, hot tub jets did not work. Overall, it’s okay, but would probably stay somewhere else with family for a more comfortable experience.

Summary: Relative to my prior experiences with other hotels, this establishment was a pleasant surprise. For the price, it offered a decent level of quality, cleanliness, and a comfortable bed. To take the property to the next level, I recommend focusing on aesthetic enhancements, such as improved painting and attention to detail. While there is room for improvement, the room's comfort and cleanliness were noteworthy. I would definitely consider returning. Thank you for a pleasant two-night stay.

Summary: The hotel smelled like weed in the halls. The rooms were misty. The door was hard to open from settling and poor maintenace. The pool water was green, not in a good way. The walls showed water damage and was just painted over.

Summary: My husband had surgery so I was looking for a hotel close to the hospital. I could not get the heating/cooling to work or the refrigerator so texted my concerns my first night's stay. I had a 3 night reservation. I sent a reminder text the next day before returning to my room. Nothing had been addressed so I went to the desk and reported my frustration. The gentleman was very kind but working basically by himself. He was able to come up and discovered both the heating/cooling system had been unplugged as well as the refrigerator. I felt stupid and thanked him for his time; however, as the guest, I do not feel I should have to be on the floor to plug in the refrigerator. There was a broken door under the TV, TV connection was not good as well. Just disappointed.

Summary: This is the third time I’ve stayed here since it came under new management. I am beyond impressed with the staff and the way they continue to improve on every aspect of the project. I am a very picky person but I also feel that I am very reasonable and understanding of what is going on with the improvement of a business. I know it is not the best place to spend the night according to many. I however find it very hard to find one better as far as location, accessibility and value. The young man who was on overnight was very accommodating and respectful. Also the young woman who was on during the day was also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again and I want to thank the staff for their excellent service!
