Summary: The property was located with 10 minutes of everywhere we want to go. Very easy to get in and out of. Everyone was very pleasurable and helpful. I was locked out our room last and the lady who was managing the front desk noticed on the cameras that we we’re having an issue, so I took the elevator door stairs and she met me at the elevator with a new key. I was very impressed at her attention to detail. We loved visiting Waco. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Summary: This hotel was not up to standard. The carpet was well worned and dirty. This is just an old hotel that needs to be remodeled or upgraded.

Summary: An older but renovated facility. The best part was the staff. They were very helpful and cordial. One told me about a Cajun restaurant not far away. She also got an ironing board for me and was going to carry it upstairs for me. The price was very reasonable also.

Summary: The beds were the best. Very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Nothing in the exercise room worked and no towels were in the pool area.

Summary: I stayed only one night. Greetings, was very positive, The room was clean, bed was firm. Very helpful when issues came up, no USB charging outlets. Some attention to the breakfast room, as tables needed to be wiped off.
