Positive: The room was nice and large and beds were comfortable, the shower and tub wouldn't work properly, both taps stayed on when you tried to switch to shower. staff were very nice , I got my decaf coffee pods, which seems to be a bonus, some hotels no longer supply decaf.

Negative: There was a bag of rotten spinach in the fridge that was dripping and reeking. There was an odour in the room. There were no utensils or pots and pans, no cups or glasses and only a few random dishes despite the kitchenette description. The window screen was cut like it had previously been broken into. It felt unsafe.
