Positive: Brilliant location, stayed here as we had tickets for the football. Built next to a shopping centre which has various stores, food outlets and an arcade. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Good location, not far from town. Bus stop just few minutes away and bus 80 bring you to old town. Good breakfast, worth of the money and very nice staff. Room is pretty clean as well.

Negative: They don't have kettle, you have to go down to get hot water. Inconvenience No teabags in room just coffee pod. They provide one small bottle of water for 2 people in a room which is very strange I find.

Positive: The room was ready when we arrived. The side is very good, and the king-size bed is very comfortable. It has a small couch. Overall, it is very clean, and the air conditioning works well. The location is by a shopping mall, and there is a good Italian restaurant right outside the hotel.

Negative: The shower needs some extra care and to be cleaner. I saw on the corners some black fungi, but the toilet and the sink were clean. but the shower needs to be taken care of better.
