Summary: Our stay was less than average. The pull out couch was broken so wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. We were there for 5 nights. We had 3 adults, a 12 year old and a toddler. The room had a loft with a queen bed( which was lovely) and a queen bed and a couch pullout in the main area. I was surprised to find out that there was no microwave in the room. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Nice pool. The attached restaurant was closed for breakfast while we were there which was annoying since the hotel website said there was a restaurant onsite. One evening when we returned the entrance to our section of the hotel was blocked by a group of people who had the door propped open with a towel and were smoking who knows what. Their belongings were strewn everywhere around the sidewalk and inside the doors. Our children had to walk past them with them carrying on. Would not stay there again.

Summary: Cleanliness was a definite issue for us. I was horrified when I went into the shower the first morning to find handfuls of long black hair stuck to the side and back walls of the shower. It was obviously left there by the previous occupant which made me question if the tub and shower were even cleaned. After reporting the issue the front desk staff did have housecleaning clean the entire bathroom, but it still left an unpleasant ick feeling about the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the showerhead needed a good clean as a small stream of water was shooting out the side into the bathroom if you didn't have the shower curtain closed tightly against the wall. The water temperature gauge in the shower was so sensitive that turning the gauge a fraction in either direction resulted in a drastic change in temperature. Your choices were cold, moderately warm or scalding hot. The rest of the room seemed clean. The hotel itself is centrally located across the street from the shopping mall and close to lots of restaurants. Just a short drive away from the waterfront with ample parking. The front desk staff were polite and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Hopefully the shower hair issue was a one-off, but because of that I would not be staying there again.

Summary: Great front desk staff. Would love a breakfast inculded or a discount for the two restaurants attached to the hotel. Room was nice. The bed sagged on one side and you'd fall off. Coffee machine was broken. Staff was good when we mentioned it.

Summary: The Ramada is centrally located in Kelowna. The staff are exceptional. The place was very clean. I determine if a place is truly clean by the state of their baseboards, window sills and around mirrors. If they take the time to clean those areas, then they have taken time to do a proper job elsewhere. This hotel is dated, but it is reflected in the reasonable rates. Did I mention how clean it was? It is our new go-to place in Kelowna.

Summary: The stay was OK. The room was quiet and comfortable but could have been cleaner. Upholstery and floors looking shabby. The closet door was broken and the entry door closer was loose. It's obvious that rooms reserved for online bookings are relegated to the rear of the property away from the hotel amenities like pool, bar, lounge etc.

Summary: Pool was locked after a certain point and we needed to get staff to let us in. This was inconvenient, but the staff were attentive. This hotel also had horrible sound proofing. We heard the person above us walking around constantly throughout the day and evening. The elevator was a bit sketchy, but we had no issues with it.
