Summary: The pool was underwhelming. Staff weren’t helpful, snorkel sets broken, room was large but many things broken or didn’t work eg lighting, broken lounge, shower recess, etc needs some love and care.

Summary: This property should not be a zramada ir wyndham! Linen /bedding/towels of very poor quality. Towels stained! Bed was very uncomfortable, lumpy and worn! One of the worst places i have stayed!

Summary: I liked the staff, all friendly. I liked that the hotel was 5 minute's walk from the beach. Nice pool. However, I didn't like that no room services were cleaning because we stayed for five nights. We needed to call reception to ask for bin bags, clean towels and a coffee sachet. TV was old and not a smart TV. Also, I wouldn't say I liked to pay for a service that was not utilised. E.g., shutter bus There was no energy from 1100am to 1700hrs on our last day.

Summary: Staff are friendly however the rooms were dirty and bins not emptied daily. Fixtures in room were broken and ended up getting mould on my clothing. Rooms need to be renovated.
