Negative: Not enough sockets in room made it difficult to charge devices Had to call reception for milk for tea. We asked to go and collect it ourselves from reception. Had to pay parking charges as we did not book directly with property but via booking.com. We had paid for our rooms so be treated as the more inferior guests?

Positive: Was really lovely clean comfortable and the staff were really helpful

Negative: Breakfast was not as advertised and was cold. Should be fridges in all rooms for medications and baby items.

Positive: The room was really nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and roomy. The reception staff were lovely.

Negative: No glasses in the bathroom for cleaning teeth. No complimentary soap. The handwash was over the bath and the shampoo\body wash was next to the hand basin. Breakfast on Sunday wasn’t as good as breakfast on Saturday - no mushrooms, no black pudding and just a couple of bacon rashers.
