Summary: The staff were nice and check in/check out was easy. The room was a good size but the bedside light shades were badly badly damaged and there was a very noticeable hole in the bedding. Tbh a little bit of TLC is would have raised the standard of the room considerably.

Summary: Lovely stay for two nights . Hotel staff very friendly, gave good knowledge of the area and recommended places to eat . The man on reception both Wednesday and Thursday evening was lovely ! He went above and beyond .

Summary: The hotel itself is a decent standard. I have stayed there several times. The biggest issue is the bar maid. She needs to go on customer service training.

Summary: I don’t know it was excellent could not fault anything there. The room was excellent clean and warm. The dining area was very clean and staff were very friendly. The bar area was also clean and tidy and looks to me like that they keep a tight ship
