Negative: Location was far away from shops and restaurants. Staff need to be more reactive to customers needs. Air conditioning was not cool enough specially in the afternoon time

Positive: Staff are very friendly and hospitable. There are 2 pools, one inside and out which is helpful. Good size gym. Breakfast buffet was pretty good too. Not to far from Bodrum city centre, roughly 300TL by taxi so pretty convenient.
Negative: The aircon in the room was not working well, at nights it was unbearable due to the heat! Lunch and dinner is super expensive with very small servings so not value for money to eat in the restaurant outside of breakfast buffet.
Summary: Nice place with lovely staff but AC needs updating.

Negative: It took 4 rooms to find one that didn’t smell like sewage or wasn’t underground for them to give me. Hardly any of the staff speak English which is frustrating to deal with. When I called room service they didn’t have things that were on the menu. Overall the food at the hotel was horrible quality and tasting and quite expensive.

Negative: Everything involved steps so if your not completely mobile would not recommend staying here Staff were miserable ( except for a couple who were very nice )
