Summary: Almost everything is excellent, except a few things: 1. The do-not-disturb light is ignored by the staff unless you also hang the red tassel on outside door knob. 2. The terrace outside our room where peacocks would roam early morning needs to be cleaned better and more frequently. 3. The room cleaning person was always hovering around nearby looking for a tip (money) 4. As we were leaving, a number of persons such as the porter, doorman, and other such people gathered around our vehicle with the expectation of tips, which we gave but we wish they wouldn't do that because it makes us the guests very uncomfortable.

Summary: Rooms are pricey but well worth the experience So many great people - Let’s start with the warm welcome from the front , Vans - who took care of our room Khateeb who made sure every element of our stay was enjoyable. Rohan , Anika and Vikram with a glowing smile and attentive service and incredible pasta by chef Mohammad Soyal / better than I have had in NY Italian town -his dishes need to be used in the main dining area. I know missed others - but just incredible and appreciative of all they did to ensure we were taken care of. Everyone at the steamboat restaurant also Thank you
