Summary: Overall a pleasant stay. Communication was via WhatsApp since there was no front desk. All of the steps required for checking in and out were conveyed that way. It was a learning process but overall it was ok. The AUD15/night fee for parking is an inconvenience, especially when there weren't any vacant parking spaces when we arrived. There was a after-hours call line that we could call, and the problem was eventually resolved. The location is about halfway between Brisbane Airport and the city center, and seemed to be an industrial neighborhood. It is next to an equipment rental yard.

Summary: Beautiful apartment with all needed amenities- washer/dryer too. Loved the outdoor seating and the rooftop recreation area w heated pool/hot tub. Easy access to train station for activities in CBD. Nice to have parking available too. Highly recommended! (Note use of elevator requires digital key on interior panel.)

Summary: Check in and check out very complicated with the digital key. Very dusty, especially in the wardrobes, clothes got covers in dust being put on the shelves. Cheap and damaged kitchen pans. Only 3 glasses and 3 cups. Beautiful pool and decent gym. Was okay for the price per night

Summary: The property was excellent with its large space and rooftop pool. However, the check-in process and digital key system was very frustrating!! The property did fix the issues I was having, but I was locked out of the building and the apartment several times and spent hours trying to resolve it. I actually had to assist a couple who had been trapped on the rooftop for hours overnight because they couldn’t get their digital key to work the elevator to get back to their room. Except for this, I would have given the property a 5 star rating.

Summary: Loved staying here. The beds were comfy, the rooms really clean and spacious, and the showers were great! It had everything you needed, including a washing machine and dryer, which i needed to use a number of times and had no issues. The only thing i found a little annoying, was the app on the phone used as a key system. Sometimes it took a few minutes to register in the lift and to open the room door, as it didn't register properly... it would eventually work, however, if you really needed to go to the toilet, you could be in trouble!
