Positive: Keys in door on arrival. Nice rural location to get to attractions around the area. Didn’t get to use the walks in the surroundings but most likely to return .

Positive: Great little place about a 10 minute drive just outside Matlock. The cottage was clean and tidy upon arrival with a bottle of wine waiting for us as a lovely little gesture. We went as a family, 2 adults and 2 kids (8 & 11) and we all loved it. The hosts where very welcoming and very lovely. Overall a great place for doing some walking and exploring and highly recommend,
