Positive: The outdoor area was beautiful, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and great swimming options. The staff member walking around taking drink orders by the pool was especially friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our stay. One small improvement would be to add a clothes drying rack or line on the balcony for towels and swimwear.

Negative: Room cleaning could have been better. Our bed sheets weren’t changed for a week, and we eventually had to remove them ourselves and leave them on the floor before they were replaced. It also felt unusual to have to pay extra for drinks at a buffet that already costs €28 per person. On several occasions, our drinks didn’t arrive until we were almost finished with our meal. The beach towels were stained and looked unclean, even if they may have been freshly washed. We also had mixed feelings about the staff. Some were very friendly and helpful, while others didn’t seem particularly service-oriented. That said, many of them appeared tired and seemed to be working very long hours, so we understand that this may have affected the level of service.

Summary: Overall, we had a nice stay with a few areas that could be improved.

Positive: We had a family suite which was great. 2 very spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms. We wanted to scuba dive and the location of the hotel was perfect and the onsite dive centre excellent

Negative: For the first few days over a bank holiday weekend the hotel was busy and it was very difficult to get a sunbed anywhere. The pool bar was a long way from the beach so very difficult to get drinks or water if there. One small bottle of water in the room on arrival between 3 was meagre and the toiletries in unopenable sachets were hopeless. Reception often seemed to run out of beach towels. The payment system in the restaurants was very haphazard as we were asked to sign and name the order paper with no pricing on it whether you were paying on leaving or charging to the room so very difficult to keep track of anything.

Summary: Good basic hotel but a few small improvements could go a long way to improve it

Positive: The room was large . It had an adjacent sea view. The air con good. The bed coul’ve been better in terms of the mattress . The furniture was sufficient ( a bit ikea ish ) in the room rate i paid for but more s pensive rooms i saw were gorgeous. Yhe bathrooms lovely and the water pressure was really good. It was quiet and peaceful More englush channel on the tv i would have liked .

Negative: The facilities were wonderful bit the staff did not alwys spek good enough english although they were very accommodating The hotel was like the Guggenheim museum As the atrium was-stunning bit it waa very big so getting around waa sometimes difficult to navigate untill one got used to it

Positive: Has everything you need. Staff is amazing, really professional and on point. Rooms are big and clean ( also because everything is quite new in the last buildings ). Lovely spot on the island with a view towards Comino and Gozo.

Negative: A bit isolated from Valetta and Sliema but great for boat tours to the adjacent islands.

Summary: Had a great time, would definitely come again.

Positive: I loved all of the swimming spots, easy access to buses, boats, jet skis etc. The food at Nero onsite was very good. We ate there multiple times. I really appreciate how they accommodate all dietary needs. Vegetarians and vegans have plenty of delicious options. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and nice! Special shoutout to Nepali staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.
