Negative: language is a problem they don't know even english forget about hindi its very difficult to comunicate with them.

Positive: Kettle with tea, coffee powder, sugar etc required.

Negative: Only 1 fresh towel was available. The other one shared doesn’t look fresh. Also the blankets should have been good if it is of a different material.
