Positive: The location is fantastic because it is away from the noise and at a dead end street, very quiet and peaceful and you can start the train for cross-country ski directly in front of the house. Or, you can hike and walk the trails that go by the house. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious with a nice balcony, and a separate WC. The different saunas, and the indoor pool and the relaxing room are fantastic and quiet and enjoyable, and clean. The massage was also very good.

Positive: Very good breakfast. Very comfortable hotel with good facilities and swimming pool.
Negative: We weren't told that a light supper was served in early evening. Only other guests told us when we saw the supper prepared. We had eaten out for the first two evenings, but enjoyed the hotel supper after that

Positive: The wellness area is really good. Very clean and peaceful and larger than expected. The view is unbelievably beautiful. Walking routes start in front of the hotel. Perfect. We felt very welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff. The massage deserves a special mention. The best I have ever had.
Negative: The breakfast could have been better. Fruit and vegetables were not very fresh.
Summary: A wonderful place to relax. Good value for money. We will definitely go back!!!!

Positive: The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. Nice walking paths around the property. Tea/ coffee and snacks was served in the lounge. The Spa is well maintained and a nice environment to relax. The receptionist was very friendly. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment.
Negative: Did find the "linen" charge unfair.
