Negative: If I really had to pick something it would be a simple fix. The continental breakfast is open and there were flies around. Some small table fans would easily solve.

Positive: The staff were excellent and keen to learn. Rooms were comfortable although we were initially given a twin room, where we had ordered a double.

Negative: Put on the 3rd floor and the lift out of service. You'll probably hear this a lot as a lot of grumbling amongst the visitors was going on.! Didn't help the torn ligaments in my foot.! Broken coffee machines (both) for breakfast and no bread for the toasters until prompted.

Summary: It served our purpose well.

Negative: No plug next to bed, little bit on the expensive side a pool or spa would make an excellent add on, little far to walk at night from town and taxis in Ramsey are very hit and miss !
