Positive: Location is a bit hard to reach and distant, but once there the views are awesome. Away from people and city noise so one can relax.
Negative: The road is not for the poor drivers :) (last 3km from the village to the location it is uphill, narrow and many bends)

Positive: Very sweet hostess! We didn't know Italian language, but we agreed very simply with the help of Google translator and gestures. Gorgeous and peaceful place!
Negative: We visited this place at the and of the May. The house was a little damp and cool, but this is normal for this place. House located at 900 meters altitude. You just have to preheat the stove in time, we didn't realise it right away.
Summary: In general it's a very beautiful place and worth to visit
