This little piece of heaven is a Texas sized retreat sure to amaze even the most distinguished of tastes. Our estate is perfect for large groups, family reunions, corporate retreats or just a couples getaway. The ranch headquarters comfortably sleeps 12-18 people. Guests at the ranch can spend time lounging around the pool and hot tub or in the theater room watching a movie or sporting event on a GIANT 168 inch movie screen. If sporting activities are more your style we have you covered. The ranch headquarters has a lighted tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, dry sauna and believe it or not a full swing indoor GOLF SIMULATOR (guests are required to bring your own golf clubs). Take your activities to the water and enjoy your own personal 8 acre lake. While at the lake jump on a paddle boat or kayak for a relaxing time on the water or workout your abs on a paddle board as the sun sets over the hill. Conclude the day around a fire pit with a glass of wine while the sun set on the other side of your own private lake. We have 7 ponds, all fully stocked with fish (guests are required to bring your own fishing equipment and bait). Coordinate your day with our ranch guides to spend time at the shooting range knocking over metal targets or give sporting clays a whirl (guests are required to bring your own firearms and ammunition). Wildlife is abundant and game watching is amazing. From African antelopes to exotic deer and other species, a safari style ride through the pasture with one of our ranch guides will provide countless photo opportunities for any wildlife enthusiast. Summary: Our group of 20 spent 4 nights at the ranch and had a wonderful time. We took advantage of all of the amenities. including pickleball, basketball, cornhole, the heated pool and 2 hot tubs, fishing, skeet shooting, the golf simulator, and the theater. We would love to stay here again!

Summary: Our family, sixteen of us from one year old to grandparents spent four nights at the ranch. Despite the 100 degree plus heat, we pretty much did all the ranch had to offer. It was all first class. We had a great time. We fished, played various sports on the tennis court, ping pong, shot skeet, played simulated golf and watched movies in the home theater every night. Someone was in the pool almost all of the time. The accommodations are great, clean and very well maintained. Jeff and his foreman John were great to work with. We would highly recommend it.

Summary: The entire stay and leading up to it, the host was available and accommodating to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The house itself is spacious and gorgeous with so many amenities we didn’t have a chance to fully utilize them all.

Summary: While the photos and profile on VRBO were exciting enough for us to make reservations, three of our party asked to visit the property a month ahead of our reservations and got a very gracious tour by John. They came back saying it was better than the everything shown and described on VRBO. There were thirteen in our party, ranging from 3months to great grandmother. All had a fantastic time. The group got a tour of the 1200-acre property and saw some amazing animals on the way to the shooting range. The pond near the main house had lots of aggressive bass, caught the first one on the second cast, large catfish, and some huge finnicky stripers. The Golf simulator was a favorite before and after meals and tournaments late into the evening with spectator seating. The house is on the top of rolling hills. We went at the end of July (95-100 degrees) but with the breeze coming into the compound and the low humidity the temperature didn’t impact our activities. The pool temperature was perfect, the slight breeze made getting out of the pool refreshing (almost cold). Plenty of shaded seating while still being part of the pool activities. One of the guests cooked a pork tenderloin to perfection using the properties smoker by the house. Having complete run of the house and tank area for fishing, leaving fishing gear down by the pond for anyone to fish at all hours of the day or night. I confess we did bring two electric bikes so we didn’t get as much exercise as we would have otherwise, but it made getting down to the pond for a quick hook-up with a bass or catfish memorable. Everything about the property was first class. At night with the lights off the stars were amazing, we could have slept outside it was that comfortable and bug free. Great family experience.

Summary: Our family picked up kids from Summer Camp in Burnet and spent the weekend swimming, hanging out, and relaxing as cousins. The tour of the property to see the exotic wildlife and beautiful rolling hills was a highlight. Jeff is very hospitable and the amenities are superb. We hope to return again in the future!!

Summary: First class accommodation!!! Absolutely beautiful house and property. Lacks absolutely nothing. The gourmet kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Games for adults and kids, lots of covered areas with tvs and stereo system. Used the outdoor kitchen on several occasions. The pool and theatre room were a bit hit for everyone. We took advantage of some hunting also. The guides, John, Cody and Dwayne made it one of the best hints that we have been on. They were very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We made a lot about f great memories and can’t wait to come back!
