Positive: Cute cottages with basic furniture and equipment. Nice location close to the beach and a nice walking path through the forest to get there. The owner is a sweet person.
Negative: The house wasn't so clean and we found cans and bottles from the previous guests in the cupboard. It was pretty hot in the house and as it was loud outside from the neighbours (the houses are very close to each other and we could hear every neighbour opening doors etc.) not so easy to sleep with open windows. The beds weren't too cozy and the bedding/linen was synthetic material, so also pretty warm.
