Positive: Very good hotel and exceptional location for everything. The Balloon just you can see from your window. The centre is 4 minutes away from the hotel. and just 30 minutes from Nevesehir airport. Everything thing was good in this hotel. They staff was excellent. They arranged me an early check-in because I have a family and free breakfast on the day of arrival. I really felt grateful. Everytime they were calling for a taxi on my request. Thanks alot the exceptional staff of this lovely hotel.
Negative: I wish I stayed longer.

Positive: The breakfast was amazing, and the staff at breakfast were equally pleasant. The staff were kind enough to let us leave our baggage after checkout
Negative: Many issues with the room we had (family quadruple) - Toilet flush wasn't working. Had to be repaired late at night (appreciate their action, though this should have been examined before we checked in) - There was no water in the room at night. We had to leave at 4 am for a hot air balloon pickup, and there was no water to get ready. We were probably just unlucky, but I have to report it as is - The air conditioning had a sudden leak and dirty water dripped from it onto the bed, though they cleaned it up quickly - Wifi did not connect The property is in a good location; however, we feel that our room had not been surveyed before check-in. We stayed there only for a night, but it sure was stressful.

Positive: The location is amazing. In morning you can see balloons all around your room. Its super amazing view and just 5 mins away from main town Goreme. The breakfast served was so delicious. The staff at reception was very helpful and we had flight at 3 o clock in morning and they helped us reach in time to Airport. Best hotel for stay in Cappadocia.

Positive: This isn't your typical hotel room. It is a stoned home room which was really cool. Good working AC with a comfortable bed to have a good night rest. The staff was friendly and helpful. Osman, the receptionist of this hotel, helped me book the Cappadocia Red & Green tour via GetYourGuide. He is passionate about his job. The tour was AMAZING. Highly recommend this hotel in Cappadocia/Görome!

Positive: - Breakfast is wonderful. View is amazing as well. - Room provided is very comfortable and quiet. - Staff is friendly and helpful. Thanking Usman for his assistance.
Negative: - Nothing. It would however be more exceptional stay if the balloon flights were not cancelled and will have a perfect view every morning in goreme. For 3 days, winds are strong and I thanked the government for concerning the safety of tourists first instead of proceeding with balloon flight profits.
