Stay in nature’s paradise in a Buffalo style mansion of sprawling 4,135 sqft adorned with European antiques and balanced with modern and tranquil scandy style minimalism. You are 10 mins from the Bills stadium, 5 minutes from Knox Park and it’s annual Borderland music Festival, only 40 mins from Niagara Falls, easy excursions await into Letchworth or Allegheny parks and Ellicottville, full of activities in summer and one of the most sought after ski resorts in Western NY in winter.
We are located in the mansion district, where you can experience country living amidst split rail fences, pastures, bridges over bubbling creeks and sloping hills, dangle your feet in the fresh creek water, enjoy the sounds and views of the slate framed scenes on Caszenovia creek on your own private beach. You can get into a canoe at the back of the property, relax on a path meandering down through virgin forests, away from all the noise, surrounded by tranquility and singing birds. Grab your fresh eggs for a free breakfast from our chicken coop.
If you feel like socializing, East Aurora comes with an open beverage policy, home breweries and the famous Elm street bakery! Little shops, restaurants, home made ice cream and the cradle of the American arts and crafts movement represented by Roycroft architecture are only a 5 min drive away. You’re close enough to everything including Lake Erie beaches and Buffalo downtown and far enough away to avoid crowds and enjoy nature at its best in a luxurious Italian inspired mansion, an incredible property bordering on one of the most unexpected nature experiences and a former Native American conservation area, bold eagles included!
Available for long term discounted rentals at $5900, or monthly discounts if you want to work remotely and feel like a change of scenery. With the stunning fall foliage and the snow flakes waiting to dance outside the window, our home is the perfect retreat.
Please contact me for exceptions to our no children policy and please understand that we charge an additional fee of $50 per person per night applicable for more than 4 guests. There is a 3% of the total fee if you pay by credit card, since VRBO charges the host those 3% but you can always pay without fee by bank account or debit card.
We are considering hosting outdoor events at an additional fee which has to be discussed prior to inviting guests over and at your own risk, only registered guests are permitted to stay over at the house.

Summary: Very spacious home with lovely backyard. Large kitchen and master suite on first floor! Perfect location between East Aurora and Orchard Park. Fresh eggs from the chickens in the morning! Loved it here!

Summary: It was an amazing experience staying at this property. It felt just like home. Plenty of space inside and outside. The house is located set back from the main road which gives a lot of privacy and feeling of being in the country while being close to the city and Niagara Falls. The grounds were well kept. The house is equipped with all the necessities and had a big family kitchen and spacious bedrooms. All the amenities were excellent. The ravine behind the house leads to a beautiful river/ beach area. The walk in the woods is relaxing. Communication with Host was easy and prompt. Check in and out was fast. We will definitely consider this place for our future stay.

Summary: Big, beautiful property. Needs TLC. So much “stuff” everywhere, randomly strewn around and behind doors and furniture, couldn’t tell if someone lived there or the house had been suddenly abandoned. Housekeeping services poor. Floors dirty . Windows were hard to see out of in front of the house. We had 6 adults, three bedrooms needed. Only one had towels, we found a few, but they were old and stained. Description for kitchen said fully equipped, yet there was no silverware, had to use plastic. Kitchen had a cupboard door missing. Refrigerator had a bunch of food in it? Beds were small, no blankets or comforters, rooms sparsely furnished. General description of the house was way overstated. A bunch of guys on a football weekend would love it, I was a bit embarrassed as the one responsible for the booking.
