Positive: I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this place! The home was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the well-stocked kitchen to the plush linens on the bed. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
Negative: Even though the parking is free along the street, it might be tricky to find a spot sometimes as there are many cars, which can be a little inconvenient. However, you can still find a spot, just a little bit far from the place.

Positive: Location was great. Easy to find parking on the street. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook. The main bedroom is confortable.
Negative: We rented the 3 bedroom. 2 of which had upper bunk bed both more suitable for kids bedroom than adult and the beds in those rooms are hard. Provided 1 towel each person. No face clothes or extra until asked. Was unable to provide a throw for the couch as it was more confortable to sleep on that than on one of the bunk beds. Cleaning is ok. Found junk in the creases of the couch.

Positive: The neighborhood felt safe, very close to Nanaimo skytrain station which only took 10-15 min to downtown Vancouver. The suite was clean and had good facilities. Good value for what we got.
Negative: The suite wasn’t quiet as promised in the listing. We heard footsteps and things dropping on the floor above us as well as talking from the neighbors in the suite nextdoor even after 11 pm which was when quiet time started. We’re usually not sensitive to noise but this suite was very noisy. The washing machine could only be used between 3-11 pm IF the neighbors weren’t using theirs at the same time. This wasn’t very flexible as the neighbors were washing every evening. We could clearly hear when the neighbors were using their washing machine.
Summary: Good value, close to skytrain, safe neighborhood

Positive: This place is like a “home away from home”, which had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, with the added bonus of a full kitchen, so I could prepare my own meals. I didn’t use the Skytrain but it seems close. I choose to Uber around, as was easy & convenient. The place was very clean and the bed was lovely.
