Positive: Welcoming family owned accomodation, which is in the first floor of a family house. The host is an old couple, they don't speak english, but so kind, and really love the guests. WiFi is ok, and the house is just 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The apartment is spacious with a living room, bedroom, small kitchen, and bathroom. Everything was super clean.

Negative: Communication problems, because of lack of common language. The apartment is old fashioned style, the bathroom also. But all was ok for one night.

Positive: Owner was very nice and personable. She spoke both some English and German well enough that we were able to communicate. You enter the home in a common entry. The room/apt is on the second floor with a separate bathroom shower room, toilet, kitchen space (refrigerator, water pot, microwave as well as some dishes, eating utensils) and a living room with a couch and table/chairs and then the bedroom with a cabinet to hang clothes. The bedroom and living room are joined but each can be locked separately. There is a balcony off the living room. The water pressure was good and the hot water was adequate. No complaints - we had a nice stay. The place was in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street.

Negative: I think that a bike or car would be necessary to get to the city center, but I am not sure about this as i didn't attempt to walk from this home.

Summary: Nice proprietor in a quiet neighborhood with a comfortable room/apt on the second floor.
