Positive: hotel location beach side - you can have your meals and have a swim interior design and architecture of the old building breakfast clean rooms room amenities spa terrace space

Negative: mattress was good but the pillows are not. They offer either a giant one or an uncomfortable one. We asked the desk and they didn't have any more options room lights are extremely bright, I think the hotel bought all the lamps with the highest lumens the hotel in general looks nice and classy - however when you look into the details here and there, you see things that you don't expect: broken door handles, awkward news/notifications taped around with cheap pvc and paper, large paint crumbs in breakfast room. These are not deal breakers but a bit of thoughtful management would make things better.

Positive: The room was great and the beach access is a real plus.

Negative: To be honest, I initially wanted to rate you a 10. Nobody helped me with my luggage upon arrival and departure, but that’s a small detail. What I really didn’t appreciate, however, was that during checkout we were charged for all the Turkish coffee we had at breakfast, even though nobody informed us it wasn’t included. Even the water wasn’t included. This feels like a very cheap practice for a hotel of this category and left us with a bitter impression after leaving. I strongly recommend changing this policy, especially considering the price of the room (over €1,350 for 6 nights). Coffee and water should absolutely be included with breakfast… it’s just common sense, and such practices will not help your future reviews.

Positive: Excellent location. Lovely seaside breakfast - very hearty and delicious. Sun loungers are seaside and wonderful place to relax. Courteous and hardworking staff.

Negative: Unfortunately the hotel is lacking a key amenity - iron / ironing board available for use by hotel guests. It is true that ironing is listed as an extra paid service in the laundry section. But in all my years of travel I have never had to pay extra (€60) for ironing because the hotel forced me to use their laundry services. The cost is €6 per shirt and €6 per pant. Obviously this cost adds up. The additional payment leaves a bad taste in my mouth after an otherwise exceptional stay. If you are marketing as an adults only place, please realize the adults want to enjoy a nice meal where they dress up, and want to be able to leisurely prepare for dinner rather than have to decide hours in advance what they will want to wear that evening and over the next few days. An iron is a standard amenity. Not a forced additional charge.

Positive: This is an old building with great renovation. We had a very comfortable stay. Hotel is managed very professionally. Location, service, food ( great breakfast) , cleanness...everything was superb! Real value for the money.
