Positive: Perfect location, very supportive person Jacobo, whom had welcoming us and helped us with all needed infos that we asked for. The apartment has everything that is necessary, it's very clean and cosy, even better than on the photos. All needed appliencies are in the kitchen including dishwashing machine (cleaning tablets are provided), two bathrooms are spacious and very clean as well as bedrooms - the beds are very comfortable and perfect for sleeping and resting. It is located perfectly for exploring Madrid by foot, but also the Metro station is right next to the apartment, (litteraly 2 minutes of walking, maybe even less), if it is needed. It wasn't noisy and in very safe neighborhood. It is very good value for the money invested.

Negative: Everything was just perfect, no negative impressions.
