Summary: Not the best of neighborhoods. Beautiful brick home with nothing else. The beck porch would be nice but never installed concrete on this 10-15 year old home leaving it useless. Everything in the kitchen was cheap. This house in this location with lack of luxury is definitely not worth the price. Previous reviews do not matter because it is not this property. They are for a condo the owner had.

Summary: Plenty of room, plenty of comfort, and plenty products and items you need for your stay. A great spot if you're heading to downtown events but want to stay a bit away from the all the action.

Summary: Everything was perfect for us here. We only used the space as a sleep and shower situation while passing through town, but the unit was clearly set up and wrll thought out for longer stays. Host was great.

Summary: Great host! So many extra little details that make a difference. Great location and perfect for our group of 3. TV in the main room kept freezing, but that was the only issue. No big deal! Will stay again next time we’re in town.

Summary: We came up from SC with friends to attend a Browns game. First time staying here and it was everything as advertised. Great location, easy access getting to downtown Cleveland. Host Kathryn provided meticulous instructions in checking in and out. Also stocked with everything we needed like hair dryer, plenty of towels, etc. Would definitely book staying here again.

Summary: Beautiful condo with lovely furnishings. Very quiet. Felt much more like visiting someone's home then a rental place. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, there were actually usable staples in the kitchen cabinets unlike most places that are bare. The host was exceptionally communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Summary: Unit was beautiful, well appointed, and Kathy was responsive and had great communication. She was timely and generous with information and flexibility. Key to success is communication and Kathy’s attention. Getting in the building and unit is a bit of a process but Kathy gives clear and complete directions. Would stay here anytime I’m in Cleveland.
