Positive: Near to metro, easy access to convenience store and restaurants
Negative: No housekeeping through out my 5 days stay, although already inform reception. Shower room clogged on first day, got it repair on second day and clogged again on third day. The worst part, my data cable went missing leaving only the adapter plugged. Confront the reception but nothing can be done.

Positive: We liked the location was in an excellent place right next to istiklal street and also there was Asian food places right next door it was very clean and comfortable would book again when visiting next time
Negative: The lift only went to floor 6 we were on floor 8 we had heavy bags that needed to be taken by ourself to our room the air conditioning in the big room didn't cool the room properly maybe they need an extra one for this room in particular. There was no kettle or teabags . Other than that its was good stay .

Positive: The location is great in the city center. All services are available, including restaurants, shops, and hotels. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, especially the Iranian girl, I think her name was Shira.
Negative: The shower was clogged, the internet in the room was not working, the TV was not working, and the housekeeper did not come until the last day.
Summary: It didn't live up to my expectations.
