Summary: Bathroom needs an upgrade rusty water stain running dwn the wall of the shower, bathroom window handle broken lady at the counter was nice, they have tea bags coffe bags and no milk Other than that its ok for the price

Summary: I love the location where it closes to everything. And it was perfect that it’s next to Rainbows end where I took the kids for a treat. It is clean and the service was great 👌

Summary: Staff were good. The room was abit dusty and I couldn’t operate the air con. Stairs outside were worn out and definitely need attention.

Summary: My stay at Rayland Motel was generally a good experience. The room was comfortable, and the overall service met expectations. However, there were a few maintenance issues that could be improved. The toilet was not flushing properly, there was no hand wash provided, and the kitchen lights stopped working during our stay. Addressing these small issues would make the experience even better.

Summary: Kitchen was adequate, lg bed was comfty, tv way too small for the big room, one blanket had a stain on it, shower was nice but bathroom was old and had broken things in it, room upstairs is a hassel

Summary: Only really used it to sleep, beds were comfortable and heat pump worked. There is noise from the motorway ramps as to be expected and the place is a bit rundown and tired but you get what you pay for I guess.
