Summary: This property was amazing. It is beautiful in every direction you look. The house is cozy and comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need. Fun activities for the kids inside and out. Stocked fishing ponds, caught several nice fish. We didn't want to leave. Daran was a great host, responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Summary: We were in town for church meetings and it was also our daughter's birthday. The farm was stunning and peaceful. The house was spacious, well stocked, and so clean! The views, wildlife, sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous. Loved the owner!

Summary: We came from Ohio and met our son and his family from Tennessee. The house is beautiful, very clean and has everything that you might need. Daran Razor was wonderful, responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. The grandkids enjoyed fishing, kayaking and flying kites. The game room in the basement was a big hit with them as well. Thank you for a wonderful get away spot.

Summary: You won't go wrong with an abundance of things to do on property (fish, kayak, paddleboard, bike, or relax by the fire or in the hot tub). Relatively easy access to Lexington and the Red River Gorge areas each within an hour. Mt Sterling is only 20 minutes away where you can grab groceries or a bite to eat. Best of all the host is fantastic. He even grabbed me a tool so i could make a quick reoair to my car.

Summary: Wow! What an amazing place. We had a family reunion in Tollesboro on Sunday. My mamaw wanted to go down Friday and stay and asked me to find a place. I searched and searched and then found Razor Farms. I was nervous that it wouldnt be anything like the pictures or even worse, a scam. Let me tell you, Daran's farm way exceeded our expectations. Daran was amazing!! His place is beautiful and by far, the best place we ha e ever stayed. If you want peace and relaxation, all the amenities you can imagine, excellent fishing, beautidul clean home, and memories that will last a lifetime...book this! There is no way you will be disappointed. Daran was a call/text away and was the most accomodating host! So friendly and considerate. His hone had everything and then some. We're from Indiana and our kids want to move there. Our 9 year old said "mommy, we don't have to travel to the ocean. We can just come here!" On our way home, she asked if we could go to Universal Studios for her bday, but if that wasnt possible, she wants to go back to Razor Farms! Thank you so much Daran! We could not have asked for a better trip!!! Seeing my mamaw so happy was the icing on the cake! That was the most important thing for me...enjoying time with her! We will be back soon!

Summary: The house and property are beautiful and Daran's communication was excellent. Perfect for a relaxing get away. We stayed for 3 nights, with 4 teenage kids and 2 dogs. The kids enjoyed playing darts, basket ball, pickleball, kayaking, paddle boarding and lots of fishing! Fishing was excellent, caught a large number of bass and crappie on small rooster tails and live worms with a bobber. To my surprise we caught the largest bass on worm and bobber. Property is quite and remote. If you're looking for somewhere to just relax and unwind, I would definitely recommend Razor Farms!

Summary: We decided to have a mini family reunion at Razor Farms Retreat and found that the property had ample room for 2 families totaling 9 people. The home was organized, clean and had everything we needed. Daran was incredibly friendly and helped us with any questions we had. My favorite part of the property aside from the views, was the stocked ponds with good sized large mouth bass. The hot tub was a pleasant feature, topped off with a little family competition games of cornhole.
