Positive: I loved the sauna, projector, shower, roof top. I love the entire vibe of the place. I would definitely stay again and recommend friends.
Negative: The communication was a little difficult I contacted the number for contact, but the person who answered didn't speak English.

Positive: location was great, very central for 2 people it was spacious, not sure if I would feel the same with 4 sauna is a nice feature easy check in
Negative: kitchen is quite small here are a few points that could be improved: - only one hook in the whole studio, could easily be added more for towels in the bathroom e.g. - no instruction manual or surroundings guidebook - there is a pretty expensive beamer but no screen for it…. - no dish rack - no kitchen towels - only one small trash for the entire studio, no extra one in the kitchen or the bathroom

Positive: It looks like a show-room. It is wide space and comfortable to stay.
Negative: No elevator. No coin laundry in a room, in the building, or near by. The first step on stairs in the building was higher than other steps, so it is a hazard when specially we come down. Room wall is particularly bare concrete. It might be latest deco, but as sanitary reasons it would be better paint all wall. Also it is an only curtain to close between kitchen and bathroom. Specially toilet is right beside doorway after through the kitchen. It would be better has actual door as sanitary reasons.

Positive: The location was fantastic. Central to our needs. Many good restaurants in close by. The staff was very attentive to our needs and even showed up promptly to answer some questions. I loved the sauna and the whole room setup. It was winter time so the sauna was especially welcomed. The HVAC/heater was fantastic. This is an ideal room for couples and singles who want to get away. Close to JR Sasebo, the port, central business district, and restaurants. I will patronize Re Sort the next time I am back in Sasebo.
Negative: I wish I had more time to stay.

Positive: We like the rooftop view and Sauna.
Negative: 1. THE STAIRS. VERY TIRE FROM TRAVEL AND IT IS A BIG DISCOMFORT TAKING THE STAIRS RO 4TH FLOOR QITH HEAVY LUGGAGE. 2. PLEASE REPLACE THE CURTAIN BETWEEN SHOWER AND SAUNA FOR MORE PRIVACY.
