HEADLINE - Fish, swim, tubing out your back door on our 1300 feet of river front. -. SKI Sugar 14 miles - snow tubing parks - ice skating- white water rafting - cycling - hiking - Linville Falls Winery 1 mile, Linville Falls parking 3miles - Blue Ridge Parkway entrance 2 miles - Four (4) public golf courses, less than 15 minute drive - Antique shopping - Night life - restaurants, pubs, live entertainment too. Pisgah National Forest.
River's Edge is a one bedroom cabin that sleeps that sleeps six (6). The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. There are twin beds in the sleeping loft and there is a full size bed using the futon sleeper sofa. This cabin is only a few yards from the edge of the beautiful Linville River. If you refer to our address and a map you will see that our cabins are almost centered in the Pisgah National Forest.
Our guests are able to enjoy "ALL" types of outdoor activities and the coziness of a real log cabin with all modern conveniences. (please see amenities)

Summary: We were not given the cabin with the loft, which was fine since it was just the two of us and there were families that needed the extra beds. We stayed in the Mountain Summer cabin. It was just yards from the river with the best fishing spot! Very quiet and relaxing. Hot tub was private enough. The cabin was cozy but not cramped. Felt very homey. The pet policy was not clearly defined on the listing but a detailed description was provided before confirming the reservation. Our puppy will not meet the size restrictions next year so we will be unable to return with him, but otherwise we would definitely return.

Summary: Shane was an amazing host, and a great communicator. The cabin was in the perfect location (beautiful setting) for all the activities we had planned. We used everything in the cabin from the coffee maker to the oven. Absolutely would stay here again.

Summary: Would be interested to know if you have a cabin slightly bigger? More beds? Overall great experience. Great location! Disappointed the hot tub didn't work. We ate at the local restaurant Louise's and it was delicious!!

Summary: The cabin was great. We were looking to unwind and enjoy the river. Our experience was wonderful. We do feel it should have been advertised as a campground-type area. There isn’t any privacy while sitting by the campfire or relaxing in the hot tub. If this cabin was spaced out better it would have been perfect.

Summary: Perfect for our weekend. Ran the Peak to Creek Marathon, was about 15mins. from race start. The hot tub afterward was just what we needed. (Hot tub only held 2, we had to take turns). Great location for area hiking too.
