Positive: I rarely write reviews, but in the case of Red Castle I simply cannot leave without expressing my deepest gratitude. I stayed at Red Castle while traveling with three pets, and from the very first day I felt not like a customer, but like a valued guest who was genuinely cared for. I was given a large and very comfortable room with a balcony, which made our stay especially pleasant. What impressed me most was the incredible attitude toward animals. The owner and staff helped me with absolutely everything: pet food, a litter box, litter supplies, and constant attention to make sure my pets were comfortable and doing well. For travelers with animals, this level of care is simply priceless. The hotel is exceptionally clean, cozy, and peaceful. It is obvious that everything is maintained with great care and attention to detail. The owner speaks both Russian and English fluently, making communication easy for international guests. But what impressed me most was her attitude toward people. She is incredibly kind, caring, and attentive to every guest. No request or concern is ever ignored. You can truly feel that she puts her heart and soul into this place. I would also like to thank her for the breakfasts. They are absolutely delicious, homemade, and prepared with genuine care. If you are planning a trip to Yerevan, especially if you are traveling with pets, I wholeheartedly recommend Red Castle. There are many hotels, but it is extremely rare to find a place where both people and animals are welcomed with such warmth, care, and sincere hospitality. If you have pets, I genuinely urge you to choose Red Castle. Here you will be welcomed, understood, and supported in every possible way. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and truly outstanding hospitality. I will always remember my stay here and would gladly return again.
