Summary: There were dust bunnies, dirt on the floor and mold spots everywhere. Whoever was in there first did not do great job cleaning. Also, there were cracks in the walls and chips in some of the molding. The beds were nice and comfortable.

Summary: It was a nice place to stay. Was a little bright in the bedrooms in the mornings and a little loud with fireworks at night. We could have used more seating in the kitchen to eat, but we utilized the picnic table in the backyard for our meals.

Summary: Our family needed a central Middletown location, and we found it in this wonderful house. We were minutes away from downtown food and event locations. Four bedrooms with soft sheets and basic kitchen that met our needs. We moved the two porch chairs inside to fit everyone around the table. Chilly outside, but plenty warm inside.

Summary: We were two families visiting with two teen boys for a soccer tournament. VOA Field was 20 minutes away, easy trip. House was clean, A/C worked well. Loved having two bathrooms and separate bedrooms for all. Would've liked having laundry onsite, and house had an older smell/bit musty or maybe even a smoker may have lived there in years past, didn't notice it after a few days (might've been the soccer cleats and uniforms, :)). Liked both outdoor seating areas in the front and back, plus off-street parking in the back was great! Beds could use an upgrade. Thanks! Middletown is a true middle class town and we enjoyed Merk's bar, Krogers and a few others. Overall 4 stars and a great time. (40 min from downtown Cincy)

Summary: While the house was clean, the surrounding neighborhood left much to be desired including a neighbor who had massive piles of trash on their lawn. Also, there was little in the way of kitchen apparel including a very sad coffee maker. So much so that most mornings we went out for coffee. Very little in the way of cooking utensils or plasticware to save food in. We had to buy containers. Also, water was scalding, suggest you look into that, someone could certainly be injured. And seating for meals was a couple of cheap thin tables with very little seating. While we did ok for the week, I really suggest that you look into the fine details to make the stay more comfortable and less frustrating.

Summary: House was clean and comfortable. Owners answered all of my messages within minutes. The lighting was nice and bright. Comfortable beds and bedrooms were cute! The kitchen was roomy but I didn't like the kitchen table arrangement to much. It was a wall bench with no chairs. But that's just me. The rest of the family didn't seem to mind. I don't smoke but family members who do, liked the smoking area on the back porch. There are no TVs in the bedrooms but that's ok. We actually slept and didn't stay up watching tv..lol. The neighborhood didn't impress me. This was the nicest looking house. The rest looked a little run down BUT it was quiet and the neighbors were nice. House within 15 minutes of restaurants, fast food and walmart. We would definitely stay there again!
