Summary: The property is located in a well treed area approx 40 min walk from Cowes along or alongside the beach. The property is perfect for a beach holiday with everything you want. Would definitely re-book. The agent was very helpful as we decided to extend on the Friday night, public hol, and she returned our call very promptly. Thank you Robyn.

Summary: This is a lovely property which backs onto the beach with native wildlife in the backyard. Understated and immaculately kept, the woodfire kept us toasty in the depths of winter. I didn't find the neighbouring property intimidating as others have commented, but I loved the gumtrees out the window. The area could be described as the Hamptons of Phillip Island. It met my families needs perfectly and I will stay again.

Summary: Place was clean with all the things that you would need , easy access to the beach with the outdoor shower a bonus! Enjoyed making memories here with our young family. Only concern would be the cold in winter, however there is a fire place (maybe not that safe for little fingers) and noticed a few heaters. Will definitely be back again
