Enjoy the charming touches of this spacious basement suite with a clean modern feel. Beautifully decorated featuring a spacious living/dining room combo area, and a brightly lit bathroom with a stand-up shower. This guest suite with your very own private entrance is luxurious and full of warmth.
As you make your way through your own private entrance, you'll descend downstairs to a large luxurious open living area that contains a living/dining room combination and a small open concept kitchen. If you need to catch up on some work, take advantage of the small office desk situated just off to the side suited with a small lamp and office supplies. Your coffee/wine bar houses, everything you need to get you going in the morning as well as all you need for a relaxing nightcap. Your small open concept kitchen is fully equipped with; microwave, stove, fridge, utensils and much more. You will find two welcoming bedrooms fitted with queen size beds, dresser and night stands for your ultimate comfort. Our unit is complete with a full-size washroom, stand up shower, washer/dryer (two in one), driveway parking and a private entrance.
The guest suite is located in the basement of a residential home. We live in the top portion of the home and even with the newly added sound proofing you may hear the occasional bump and thud. The two units are separated by a fireproof door that is locked on both sides. There is central air that is controlled upstairs so if you are feeling too hot or cold just send a quick message for an easy adjustment.
You also have access to cable and Netflix via the TV. For Netflix feel free to use the guest profile for movies and TV shows. Wifi password will also be provided upon check-in.
Parking is located on the left side of the driveway. Parking on the road may result in a ticket. Also if you require a car rental, WE HAVE THAT TOO (just ask)!!!
Before your arrival you will receive a unique code that will be used for entry during your stay via a keypad lock on the front door of your guest suite.
For extra privacy our home is located on a secluded side street so don’t be alarmed if you hear an occasional train passing. Often times we forget it’s even there.
**We are located just outside of Toronto, approximate drive to downtown Toronto is about 35minutes (no traffic)**

Summary: The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special. The property is clean and nicely decorated. Our teenage daughter enjoyed having her own bedroom. We were a short drive from entertainment and restaurants. We'd definitely stay again!

Summary: The owners have turned the basement into a modern, lovely suite, complete with a washer/dryer combo. We were quite comfortable here and ate several meals in. It is a very good location for access to Toronto. We appreciated the modern amenities and lovely décor. Annasha was very accommodating when we asked if she would adjust the AC for us and answered any questions quickly. Sean and Annasha were lovely hosts. The only possible drawback is that there is a steep staircase down into the suite. We were able to manage it by going slowly. Carrying all our stuff in and out was a bit of a challenge.

Summary: This was a great little apartment. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were very easy to work with and incredibly accommodating when we needed to check in early with our baby. One small note for families with little ones, the description is accurate when they say it is a very narrow stairwell to enter the apartment. We were prepared for that and it wasn’t an issue because we were two adults with only one baby. A single parent with a young child might have a slightly harder time navigating it. Again, the description is accurate so it shouldn’t be a surprise. Overall, we would definitely stay again!
