Summary: This is the third time we visited this hotel as it's in the perfect place in which to visit relatives in Bury. The room was large and at the back there is just fields so nice and quiet. Breakfast was good despite not receiving one of the items I'd asked for in the full English. The down side was that the furniture in the room was a little dirty and drab, nothing that a lick of paint couldn't cure. The bathroom door was also dirty as was the radiator and showerhead. We were only staying the one night so not so important. The bed was comfy and the grounds was nicely maintained.

Summary: We didnt see any shops, my only reason for one low score, is that we were in room 7 on Friday 20th March. When we went to the room the smell of Fresh paint was very strong. The young lady on reception moved us to another room. Which was perfect.
