Negative: Pull out sofa bed in King Suite was very uncomfortable and mattress was torn / springs were broken.
Summary: We stayed here on a family visit to Hershey Park. Location was only 20 minutes away and convieninet.

Positive: Great bang for your buck and 30 minutes or less from a lot of attractions. 25 minutes to Hershey park and chocolate world. 30 minutes from the Lake Tobias Park Zoo which is only $19 per person and all the animals are actually up and moving compared to other zoos I’ve been too. Plus with that price it includes a 30-40 minutes safari tour ride where they drive you into the park and you can feed and pet the animals. Pool was very clean and surprisingly not a lot of people for being there on a holiday weekend. Jacuzzi is outside only but available until 10 pm. It doesn’t have strong jets though and doesn’t get hotter than 104 degrees Fahrenheit so it’s just a good as a portable inflatable hot tub. Fitness center has 2 treadmills and 2 bikes. Dumbbells up to 55 lbs. pool table is located in bar area and is 21 plus. They offer pack and plays or full size cribs for infants. All together is was a great place to stay with a lot of amenities. We took advantage of everything on the property and had to convince ourselves to leave and continue with the actual itineraries we had planned.
Negative: No free breakfast. They do offer breakfast until 10am for a fee of $12/person. Hot tub clearly states no children but it is unsupervised so children kept going in.
Summary: It was a comfortable stay that feels like home by the time you’re ready to leave.

Positive: This property was kid friendly and close to Hershey Park.
Negative: The hotel was not offering daily room service unless you asked for it. The tv would not turn up on the volume making it difficult to hear. The facility was older and could have been cleaner. Some of the staff was very unfriendly. The front desk was friendly. I don’t think I will stay at this location again. I choose it for the amenities for the children.
Summary: Fair, but I won’t be staying there again.
