Summary: We were greeted by amazing staff every time we went into the lobby. Everything was nice and clean, and fresh. The Jetted tub in the suite was fantastic and squeaky clean.

Summary: Dirt, debris and food under beds. No hand soap in room. Long check in process, other guests waited and walked away. No hair dryer in room. Not even one extra pillow available according to front desk ‘no sorry we have a full house’ room key didn’t work to pool area. Beds appeared clean. Floor by toilet not clean.

Summary: Staff was friendly check in was easy and what a great location many things walking distance either it be food or shopping. The pool was clean and the hot tub was relaxing it was quiet and clean definitely recommended.

Summary: The toilet in 215 makes an awful sound every time you flush it. It kept waking my kids up during the night anytime we got up to pee. It was awful. Literally made a huge loud farting noise.

Summary: The tap water tasted and smelled of mold but thankfully they had a water bottle filling station that must have been filtered water cause it didn’t taste moldy. The floor was swept clean but wasn’t cleaned with a mop I think because when my baby was crawling around his knees were so dirty when we picked him up. The walls seemed very thin cause we could very easily hear people in the hallway and next door. Otherwise the beds were comfortable.

Summary: Front desk service went above and beyond to allow for early check in and ensure room was completely ready. Usually get this level of service in hotels which cost $250 or more.

Summary: The room was not cleaned at all ! And the guy that was up front supposedly went to go see if the room was cleaned and it wasn’t ! There was beer spilled under the phone from whoever stayed there ! So gross

Summary: I’ve stayed at many types of hotels of different comfort levels but I have never been to a hotel so similar to a La Quinta, a Super8, etc WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. I was staying at this place with two cats, so I had to carry a heavy litter box up a flight of stairs. Also, the guy at the front practically yelled out my hotel room number in front of everyone in the lobby (5 people). As a single female, I didn’t appreciate that. There were so many people in the lobby because no one was ever at the front desk. There was always a 5 minute wait to do anything at the front desk. I can tell the hotel system is trying to make the rooms seem nice, but for $100 plus $60 pet fees, in 2025, I’d expect an elevator.
