Summary: Not really a break fast' no eleivtors advertising was false was expecting a hit tub hallway was gross dirty couldn't understand anyone, ill never come back that was my last stay there

Summary: Reasonable... Bed was kinda hard and pokey, blood stain on comforter, pillows flat, luke warm bath water,great water pressure though. Had to hold Toilet handle until flushed. Dingy carpet.Close and convenient . Very nice staff

Summary: We checked in and the front desk spoke very little English. Hard to understand but was patient because she was new. I asked for receipt several times and she said I would only be given one at check out, which I thought was odd because I’ve never been given one check out. I’ve always been one at check-in. We were given our room key and got ready to head out to our dinner/cruise reservations and saw the couch was covered in food crumbs and stained. On our way out we noticed the bathroom door was broken and laughed and decided not to close the door when in use because we didn’t want to get locked in. When we returned at almost midnight the hotel came to us and offered us a new room because they realized they mistaking gave us the room with the broken bathroom door but it was too late and we had our things still unpacked and we’re too tired to change rooms. The breakfast was not fully stocked and the hallway carpets had bleach stains. The King Size Bed was only nice thing about the stay. When I checked out they gave me my receipt and it had a room charge. I paid for my room IN FULL at booking on hotels.com as of today 7/22 I had a room charge for 86.10 from RedLion!

Summary: Breakfast had very little selection. The entire facility needs to be updated. They were friendly. Hotel is showing its age.

Summary: Guest laundry and fridge in room were what brought us here. Neither were available. Staff had trouble making key for the room, 5th attempt finally took, poor repair above shower. All vending machines out of order.

Summary: When told would need a first room floor since they had no elevator, the response was “Well you can just cancel the reservation” it was after 8 o’clock at night, so getting a room somewhere else wasn’t gonna happen plus this was a nonrefundable reservation. So the service and the customer service skills of the front desk were nonexistent.

Summary: When I took the sheets off trying to make it easier for the housekeeper to clean after I leave. There was a big blood stain on the mattress. There was know one to talk to at checkout at 7:30am to tell them about the blood stain even after I rang the bell 3 times.
