Positive: The room was very clean.
Negative: We were on ground floor under another unit and just the occupants walking was hard to ignore. Sadly the noise continued well past midnight. No phone in room to call office and didn’t want to chance an uncomfortable argument by knocking on noisy tenants’ door. Every time I walked into office, it was empty.

Positive: We had a great stay at Red Ranch Inn in Catskill. The place was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The room was comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. A special thank you to [Naemah]. She was very nice, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. She made the experience even better with her kindness and excellent customer service.
