This 660 square foot Casita has a private entry ensuring total privacy. Located on almost 2 wooded acres on a quiet cul de sac. Lots of wildlife abound, including many birds, deer, roadrunners and squirrels. Nice place to come unwind after a fun time in Austin, only 25 minutes away. 2 night minimum on weekends.
Red Robin Casita is a quiet, clean, inviting place. There is a large dressing room that could also be used as a quiet spot away from the television in the main area. Waking up to the sound of many birds singing is a very nice way to start a day. The skylight will let the sunshine in while you enjoy coffee.
There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Plush towels and washcloths provided, as well as shampoo and conditioner.
Kitchenette includes microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven and hot plate. Grill and outdoor seating area available to use. I will provide coffee.
Television is equipped with almost every Premium channel AT&T offers.
Not into t.v.? Several books and a few board games in the hutch and ready to play. Also, feel free to enjoy "just being" out in the sitting area where there is a grill for your use, should you decide.
If you get chilly turn on the electric fireplace. It heats the space quite nicely.
I will be available to assist with needs as they arise but hopefully I will have thought of everything. I will not invade your privacy.
Great place to stay for SXSW, ACL, Formula 1, and Moto GP away from the late night crowds and noise of downtown. This rental is located in the scenic South Austin community of Manchaca. Get to downtown Austin, Zilker Park, and Circuit of the Americas in twenty five minutes. There is a taxi driver in the neighborhood to help with any transportation needs.
