Summary: My husband and I stayed overnight for a concert. The hotel needs major work outside and is very outdated upon first sight. The room itself was ok and the staff was helpful. We stayed here because it was within walking distance to The American Music Theater.

Summary: The bed sink in the middle and uncomfortable. The cleaner left trash behind. It is dusty. Floor is sticky.

Summary: It was a new place to spend a day for maintenance. It was ok other than the dirty linen i felt. Dirty towels also. But i would return and ask for cleaner if i ever return. Thank you for the services.

Summary: We did not like anything about the Red Roof Inn. The linens were terrible, the towels were terrible. The shower rod was incorrectly placed. No tissues in the room. The phone did not work. The clock did not work. We had to jiggle the TV around to work. Shower soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Floors and paint were worn!!!! Also, the Red Roof at 2390 Lincoln Highway we had booked first and I would not even go inside!!!!! AND EXPEDIA WAS FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!! The hotel was ok with us canceling because the reservation was made only 10 minutes before we wanted to cancel and EXPEDIA KEPT HANGING UP ON ME!!!!!! WE WERE NOT HAPPY!!!!! Red Roof Inns in Lancaster NEED TO BE REMODELED!!!!!!!!!!! They don't look ANYTHING like the website.
