Summary: Excellent staff. Very Kind at fromt desk. Room was big for my wheelchair. The bathroom was easily . The restroom has a rub but accessible if youcan transfer onto a bench. As in most accessible bathtubs, the water needs to be adjusted prior to entering tub.

Summary: The room was spotlessly clean and fresh and the front desk personnel were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They greeted us by sight as we came in and out and asked follow up questions to things we'd mentioned earlier. Honestly in some ways it felt more like staying at a bed and breakfast. Some of the exterior and hallway were pretty dated, but the room is what you're really there for.

Summary: The room was clean the staff was great, but our lock did not work. Our room was like a motel the room door went right outside to the the parking lot, there was a bar right next to the motel that was very loud closed at 2:30 am and opened back up 3 hours later at 5:30 am. Constantly heard people yelling there was a fight at 8:00 in the morning in the parking lot. DID NOT FEEL SAFE!! People were constantly walking by our room car doors closing all night. People were using the red roof parking lot to go to the bar, very rough crowd, some sketchy people coming in and out

Summary: I live in Columbus and this hotel is my go-to for when I need a local, affordable hotel room for a night or two. The employees, specifically the front desk employees, are wonderful. The rooms are quiet and clean. It can get very dark and cold if you want it to be, which I love when I sleep. If you’re not familiar with the area, it’s surrounded by other hotels so it’s a quiet spot. I highly recommend rooms on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The first floor rooms are less nice, in my opinion.

Summary: The cleaners neglected to check for leftovers in the microwave. The a/c had one fan setting that worked but i can't complain too much about that. Staff is always super nice.
